1. Software Demonstrations Prior to Purchase
We encourage all prospective clients to utilize our live 1-on-1 demonstration sessions to evaluate Transport Management Software, Business ERP, or Medical Software against their operational requirements prior to finalizing any commercial purchase.
2. Custom Software Engineering Milestones
For custom software development projects, payments are structured across clear milestone deliverables (Requirement Sign-off, Alpha Prototype, User Acceptance Testing, and Final Cloud Deployment). Refund eligibility for milestone-based custom projects is governed directly by individual statement of work (SOW) terms.
3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation
Cloud subscription licenses can be canceled at the end of any active billing cycle with written notice. Upon cancellation, clients receive a complete structured export of their operational database records.
